How many Sessions will I need?

The number of sessions needed varies greatly on each person and her or his individual needs. For fear and phobias the average number of sessions is 2 or 3. For anxiety and depression, the number of sessions is anywhere between 4 and 10. Our stop smoking program is between 2 and 3 sessions. Each person is unique and able to create internal shifts at different speeds. One thing is certain, you will feel some difference after the first session.
